Throughout these past months our group made a good amount of progress on our goal. Although we did not fully accomplish our proposal, we did get a big jump on it maybe enough for somebody else to complete it. During this project our backbone was definatly Danielle, she always was getting us motivated to work and was always on top of her job. Adrian and I were able to contribute to the process through numerous interviews and different revisions to the survey that we handed out as well.
This week we were able to secure a possible place for our team ropes course that we might continue using. Here is its website

Most Recent Week
With the impeding loom of our Ethics Conference and TPOLs our group didn't feel very motivated despite numerous start-up tries. As a whole we didn't actually accomplish much, which will only make it that much harder to get to our goal next week, but I believe that we will be up to the task.

Moar Surveys
Yesterday we finalized our survey and passed them out amongst around 60 sophomores. We have since collected them back and we are still compiling all of the data so that we can analyze it concisely when we come back next week and apply the info to our project so that we can fine tune exactly how we will carry out the program.

Survey
This week our group didn't accomplish much, but we did get through a few interviews about parent-student relationships with our friends. Next week we hope to complete our surveys and compile all of our research so that we can continue on the process.

Progress!
In the past few days my group (spearheaded by Danielle) has made strides for our final. We have started a few drafts of different surveys that we are deliberating on right now but will most likely have our winner in the next few days. The chosen survey will be used with parents and students to use as research for our group. The survey will tell us different things about student and parent relationships that are already set in place and that will pertain to our group in our endeavor.

The Next Step
This week we concentrated on refining our goals for our project which is looking more and more like a trust activity. We have a working list for different games that we could put on and then went around asking parents and teachers, which ones would work the best to improve relationships.

First Reseach Steps
On Thursday and Friday our group collected our first background research tips by asking different various teachers around the village (ie Spencer, Anne and Darrell) about our topic. We got numerous different responses, but one repetitive theme that kept coming up was team building excersizes, specifically involving trust.
Our group is still debating on what we should do and we much first compile more questions and research.
